Let’s cut to the chase, forgetting the title and accolades and focus on leadership behaviors.
A leader must focus on progress and understand that by standing on the sidelines criticizing whimpering
or complaining about life, work issues absolutely nothing gets done.
Start looking at results because a leader acts, period!
At the end of the day, a leader creates, generates, solicits, evaluates, assesses ideas and then IMPLEMENTS them. Leaders talk less and act more.
It’s very easy to know a leader. A leader is someone who implements ideas.
