This is no time for apathy or complacency. This is a time for vigorous and positive action.” — Martin Luther King Jr. As we start a new year, it is one that is filled with unprecedented hope, confidence, gratitude, anticipation, and optimism. As reiterated in my first newsletter of the year, I reiterated how pivotal this decade is for all and I hope you are ready as we accelerate towards untold global and economic transformation. A world where what is known now pales in comparison with what’s to come in the months ahead. As you prepare for the year, think and plan for a decade with a mindset that executes daily knowing that the process of turning decade-long dreams into reality is gruesome, difficult, and challenging, so be courageous and patient. Here are a few things to consider – Be time wise, be patient, and never forget that plans without adequate preparation are a mirage. Apply the trifecta, plan, pray, and prepare daily Dream big, dream bigger each day Seek help, get mentors and coaches Lastly, the promise of an amazing 2021 is guaranteed, and our expectations shall be exceeded.
